I think that this is an industry-wide issue that can only be addressed effectively by the industry at large. If any member continues to be pirated, the entire industry suffers.

Pirates don't care where they get the content. A ripped DVD is just as good as stolen website content. IMHO.
They have all said it already concentrate on 2257 we will deal with the problem we dont need to spend money for you to look into it we can come together as producers and hopefully come up with a good strategy. But the FSC really needs to help us on 2257 when that is solved feel free to jump in.
