The exclamation mark means "not".
A more commonly accepted version of what he was saying would have been: "$20k in 1 month != $1k daily", where "!=" means "is not equal to".

He switched the = and the !, but it can still mean the same thing. (=! is, among some people, another shorthand for the "is not equal to" sign)
