This is a little off topic, but this site is a wealth of information and hopefully someone has come across this before.

I'm using a piece of software that searchs the net for information and once the information is found, it presents it within the application in table form, with several headings at the top. It almost reminds me of an excel spreadsheet.

I've tried to highlight all the information, then ctrl c to copy as well as right click to bring up the menu to cut.

However neither works. Is there any utility that someone knows about that will allow me to highlight the text information, then copy the information so that I can actually paste it into excel.
