thanks tony, homegrown. dave, its nice to see other people realize how serious this can actually become if we dont take time to deal with it.
if people can recommend someone to lead the round table that would be great too. i don't care how popular they are, i am looking for someone with experience on how to maximize the effectiveness of the round table.
i don't have any experience with moderating anything like this.
