people downloading "trough" torrent sites, mind the "trough" and not "from" torrent sites are merely downloading a COPY of what they allready own legally, and therefor are completely within their right.

A sponsor therefor publising banner on thus torrent sites does NOTHING WRONG at all, and the torrent sites, nor the downloaders and sponsors are taking any money from anyone.

there is a reason piratebay and many other mayor torrentsites won their lawsuites you know.
