Those pieces of paper are just bullsh*t !
Everyone would have to be in a completely sterile environment or a virgin! Most of what you are talking about can remain dormant for years and have no positive results from tests. They can be transmitted with out being positive on a test.
Sex is a dangerous business and if you cannot live with that you are better off not doing it !
