It's the " I think she did it" mentality. I think, doesnt mean shit when it is followed up with " but i can't prove it". If you can't prove something then you shouldn't try to ruin them for something you can not prove they did. Period. It shows a lack of class and is just wrong on so many levels. Basically it makes you a piece of shit.
