Paul ,it has nothing to do with the way the customer is treated. It has to do with people think stealing on the internet is ok because for the most part its without consequences.
They wont shoplift in a store but download movies,songs,software it's ok its on the net and its free.
You cant compete with free sorry.I dont care if you tucked the customer in everynight.If he can get it for free free wins.
