Ratios are not what they were 10 years ago because there are 2500 new programs and an endless amount of paysites.
Before there was torrent there was p2p kazaa, morpheus which was covered in the same shit.
People are still openly buying porn as much as before. Larger programs are not doing anything about torrents for the simple reason as it does not hurt their bottom line enough to really take action.
