I have a tgp/mgp site, however it is a proof of concept on using xml/xslt. I am excepting free submissions from others... the other half of of my testing is creation of good quality traffic by using no CJ or "black SEO" tricks ... I am just looking for more exposure to grow this site. I will be the first to admit I am no tech and you lost me at the xml/xzlt part. However if you have traffic or ways to get it I am all ears and willing to work deals. If there is certain things you need etc just let me know and I will have them built specially for you.
