We had a little problem with some of our sites not loading a short while ago so we emailed the crew at Phatservers and the problem was fixed in a few minutes.
At the same time Mike noticed that we were running an old version of FreeBSD so, even though it's the middle of the night over there, he's now installing an updated version.
Compare that to a well-known mainstream host here in Australia who only provides technical support between 8am and 5.30pm on weekdays ... unless you want to pay an extra $1500 deposit up front.
