The privacy policy does state that they will not reveal info to third parties.. Sounds to me like the flower people messed up and are liable for something.. Would hate to be the store manager who's employee fucked that one up!
It also is pretty petty to be in an "amicable divorce", then all of a sudden after being a private eye and getting some flunky to fax you a receipt for a purchase you did not make, asking for $300,000 and full custody of the kids.
