cause a lot of people didn't understand the term and when the porn companies tried to grab hold of it they used it incorrectly.
It wasn't a porn term to start with...it is like people now understanding twink or bear.
I see where it might have taken on an identity amongst those that didn't understand the non-porn term but luckily took it back ;)
