I saw a downloaded cam version at first... It was blurry and had a vouritic feeling about it... It was also a bit to dark... You couldn't see what was going on properly...
Terrified the SHIT out of me... No kidding... Never felt scared watching a movie before. That one? I nearly shat my pants...
Cause I liked it so much, I bought a copy of the DVD when it came out...
Sat down to watch my 'fav' scary movie on the TV... And it was shit!
The bit with the eye for example went from being utterly horrific, to a stick on pretend eye effect that a two year old could do...
My point being that when it was all a bit unclear, my brain filled in the rest...
On a crystal clear dvd it looked shit...
The best scarey bits of movies are not what you see. Its what you DONT see... iE the bits that arent there
