seriously, it's just knowledge of brush techniques, damn, it's BASIC! The guy started from an almost skin tone dress very revealing in shapes. Besides, if you're doing something like that at least you'd want to correct the breast size. No matter if natural or not, you're not doing something natural. Not to mention the guy left a cancer or something in her right breast and the right thing to do after this kind of brushing is trying to capture some natural look, not a weird "hey, I use brushes" look.
Just decent, there a lot of incredibly good PS artists on youtube and the web as a whole that you really say "woaaah", I just get "meh" at something I can do better in more or less the same time (even tho that's in fast motion)
