From what I've seen and read so far, TGF's biggest, or only problem is the fact that CP might be *implied*. While some in this thread argued that implication alone is legal as long as the models are over 18, there are still some legal precendents that indicate the *opposite*!
One quote I found:

I did some more reading and there is some conflict as to the interpretation of CP simulation. To be honest TGF, I think you are at risk although the risk is very small. You're not in the USA and your content is in a grey area, while the system is mainly after the real thing. I'd say the risk is very slim, but it's simply not 100% certain if they're legal or not, EVEN if all models are 18+ (which I assume they are)
