My TGP currently works around those thumbs. What my goal is, is to have thumbs that pull the most clicks. The thumbs that get the most clicks climb to the top automatically. So I change the bottom thumbs once in a while and see how they do... why would I change the thumbs away that get the most clicks when I think they're 100% legal.

There is no solid borders which is legal which is not. But im pretty sure the posted link could have problems in a US court, even though its mild compared to some. Implication of CP is also a crime, and ignorance is not a viable defense. The laws are deleberitaly vague so you can convict those who stretch the limit.
I keep some legal stuff i have off my sites cuz they look underage ...

practice will get a legal response sooner a later.
