Hi there,

Im very sorry to hear that you have had problems with reaching our support department

I will personally make sure you get a response ASAP !

Im pretty sure that the reason must be because we are in the last week of holiday time in the company. And of course these two last weeks have been Ross's holliday and if you have tried to email him directly that would explain why you havent been able to reach him.

If you have been adding tickets its strange though because we do have MAS supporters on duty every day.

How ever, Ill check it up and make sure you get a help today !
