Accidents happen all the time, but that does show a double standard in the law. Had it been the boyfriend whom ran a stop sign and killed the girlfriend. You know damn well he would have been charged with vehicular manslaughter.
Is kinda crazy though, that the car she hit was her boyfriends at the time.
