I don't know Boobs work, but nothing there outside of URLs is the work of a WordPress install. E.g.:
Page size - (can't help if site owner uses huge images!)
Height/width attributes - that's up to the owner or feed publisher
Iframes - Just because they can't be crawled, doesn't mean don't use them. And that may be the owner's decision anyhow.
Read his post carefully - he's optimizing the WP install, not the entire site
