Thats what I heard, but if my stuff inside my apartment gets trashed because the roof falls on it, I dont think my regular insurance company will cover it, nor does earthquake insurance.
doesnt matter tho because I have my all-in-one looting kit ready for such problems (contains 1 hammer, 1 wheel barrel and 1000 stickers that says "property of bossku69 - do not touch")
