I am launching a site for escorts. Escorts will upload their own photos. I will not be moderating the photos they upload.

Is it okay to host this in the US? or should it be hosted in the Netherlands or some other country?

Is it okay for a US corporation or LLC to own this or should it be owned by an overseas entity?

Are there any other things I should be concerned with?
