So while it may be true that epass is used by online gambling, is it clear that they allow US customers to gamble online? If so, it's definately only a matter of time before they start getting thrown in jail etc.

Stephen Lawrence, whose company, Neteller PLC, was once one of the primary ways U.S. citizens placed bets with offshore bookies, acknowledged in a federal courtroom in Manhattan that the operation was illegal.
