We answered 8 tickets, over a period spanning from 03/18/2007. That's a total of 32 individual interactions in the ticket system, back and forth.
Additionally, you received ICQ support, where you continued to be abusive in nature.
When your problems weren't related to Autoblogger Pro, I helped you anyway, taking my own time to set your straight. That was almost 4 hours, from 2:13pm on May 25th, until 6:04pm the same day. You agreed it was your host's issue, and I worked with them as well to resolve it, my dime, too, I paid for the phone call.
You took issue with the fact that I wouldn't tell you how to rip off feeds by removing the source link from the footer, effectively not giving credit to the feed owners. I'm sorry, but we don't condone stealing. Your abusive nature following that was uncalled for, during which you questioned our "business ethics" for not helping you.
Each time you had an issue that could have been resolved by reading the README or tool tips under each field, I helped you in detail. For you to come out and say I won't help you .... wow.
Sorry, I couldn't just let that stand without putting the truth out there. Good luck to you.
