Mine actually came from a real doctor. Hell the county office actually was shocked and said wow yours is the first real doctors prescription we have seen. Then backtracked and said well not real doctor but... Im like yeah I know what you mean.
Seriously though just find one of the many doctors that will write a script for the consultation fee. The state does not check up on the why's and the whatnots. I just can not stress it enough. YOU MUST TAKE YOUR SCRIPT AND GET A STATE ISSUED LICENSED CARD. Otherwise you are still breaking the law and can get butt fucked and end up serving a 10 to life sentance.
Trust me I helped pass this damn law, I also was charged by the US Government for Conspiracy charges and fought and won a ten to life sentance just for helping out with this issue. This goes beyond being detained twice in San Fran, handcuffed and sprawlled out on the floor by jackbooted thugs while they searched the place for 2+ hours to only let us go with no tickets or charges. Yes my paralyzed ass on the floor after being dumped out of my chair developing pressure sores along with many chronically sick people including many AIDs patients.
