I believe the sites can net us $10k a month easy, split between the four members of the team that would be $2.5 k each... so they would recoup the monies that they would of been paid pretty quick

I think people are right, its all about traffic... and to this end it would be right to get the right promotions person on board, again the right promotions person motivated by 25% of the sites profits Also the developement of our own traffic would also be key to increase revenues 
It may not be for every one, and people may think it's a daft idea, but just somethign I am thinking of trying out, and am confident with the right people on board there is money to be made Anyone wanting more information shoudl email me [email protected]

designers and design companies do what they do because thats their business model.
A designer that would take on a project like this might be a desperate designer without many clients.
Also how is the designer to know that u will actually pay them. Im not saying your dishonest so dont freak out but there is that factor to figure in.
Im not bashing your idea. I have had it brought to me many times by guys I know and respect. But in this day and age a bird in the hand is better then hoping and praying you know what you are doing and are able to get the traffic to the sites to make it profitable for both parties.
