Ok I have a weird one for ya... I have a tonn of old content, I have been thinking what to do with it... I decided to reward the designer and the programmer who work for me with a proposal...
I offered them each a 25% share of profits, from a new programme they would help put together consisting of the 20 sites we would be able to create from this content...
I decided that in addition to their shares, I would take 25% myself, and then with the remaining 25% offer this to an affiliatte manager who would head up promotions
I know this is a weird idea, most would just outsource the work and keep 100% I know... but my view on this is amke people part of it and they are more motivated a/ to get it done quickly and b/ do the job right.
Anyways long story short my designer as disapeared off the face of the earth (yes he is in the philipennes) so I wanted to know if there was any designers on here who were up for it ?
You would obviously design the 20 sites, they would not need to be huge tours, some maybe 3 page, most 2 page... you would have to design the cash programme... and the promotional tools too...
So a lot of work initially but then not much ongoing work... maybe a few free sites to help with traffic, and maybe soem new sites that would be added to the programme.
But with 25% of profits I believe this would become a solid regular income, and the long term potential of this would be huge. Also if anyone wants to throw their name in the hat for the promotions guy feel free
