well, in my view opening an epassporte account for someone else doesn't mean you have anything to do with it, i'm quite sure that most sponsors have already opened account for "scammers".
You are right you don't know me... i need to get an epassporte to be able to buy some traffic for my site from trafficholder & askjolene.... think about it if there is a minimum of money to deposit to epassporte i can send from moneybookers so there is no risk for you (or pp).
