Keeping everyone in the loop on this matter, one of our HushMoney webservers was temporarily down this morning... so this affected a percentage of the people trying to log on
http://hushmoney.com - as they were directed to the downed server by our load-balancing software.
None of the Web/tour servers or billing servers were ever down, and no loss of sales or sales data occurred at all.
This is why we have redundancies and redundancies of redundancies in place when it comes to the money matters.
However, we realize those wishing to check their HushMoney accounts during the time that the server was down might have been put out, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
