I am NOT anyone's "honey" or "sweetie." First of all I am not a sweet person. Don't assume I am sweet if you don't know me, cause I ain't.
Also, this rant has nothing to do with Turboangel, just about people in general in the public who use those terms towards me. They anger me. I am angry. I hate them all.

haha! i agree, nothing against turboangel if she does call people "hun," but i used to get so ticked (years and years ago) when the girl who was dating my then-boyfriend's best friend would call me that. i was like, 17 and she was 20. it made me feel like she was trying to emphasize that she was older than me. i dunno.. just the way she said it didn't sit right with me.
anyways, it probably wouldn't bother me one bit now, whenever someone calls me that randomly i don't get upset or offended anymore. but back then, i couldn't stand it.
i can definitely see where you're coming from about it seeming as if you're not being taken seriously. maybe that was why it bothered me so much.
