There are a lot of different answers to this really.

It all to me comes down to the quality and length of the scene. Some sponsors take a 30 min scene and break it up into 10 minute updates.

It comes down to what keeps your members interested in staying. Some want lots of updates, other want soo much content they never get bored. There is no way to keep everyone happy. The goal is to aim for a certain % of retention and build with it. It also comes down to your business model, how much xsales, upsales you are doing. There are a lot of variables in what works.
