I am in the same situtaion as many of you. I purchased content off Tracy. For starters, i'm not even sure i recieved all the content I ordered. Secondly, it was the most unorganized mess i have seen in a long time. I had begun sorting out the content and searching for the licenses and 2257 documents but gave up after not being able to find most of them. I didn't even know which docs went with what content since it was all over the place. I just gave up and tried to get my money back with no success.

If you can do something for me Marc, let me know, I would appreciate it.
