I'm not taking sides here yet, but I am definitely leaning towards Lisa's side since:
Ycaza and MikeHawk have proven nothing other than a charge was made against Caza's missing (lost/stolen credit card) for Lisa's room - which could have been a mistake of the hotel, or done by some other party, for some other reason.
There has been no definitive proof that Lisa, or anyone associated with her, either stole or found Ycaza's wallet, and then used it to pay part of her bill.
On the other hand, there has been proof provided that Ycaza's card was credited back for the charge to Lisa's room, and that Lisa and those with her paid 100% of their bill.
Additionally, Lisa has provided a considerable amount of info that appears to exonerate her and her party, that has never been refuted, as far as I know.
In view of that, I think it is past time for Ycaza and MikeHawk to either come forth with some additonal proof, or else man-up and apologize to Lisa, instead of continuing to sling innuendo towards her (Ycaza), or completely pussying out (MikeHawk).
They can always reserve the right to reverse their position should some additional proof come out, but at this time that appears unlikely.
I might have flown off the handle and made similar charges based upon the preliminary evidence (wallet gone - bogus charge against my room), but in view of all that has transpired, and no further evidence provided since to prove my case, plus ample unchallenged info to refute that case, I would say it's time to resolve this issue with an apology rather than a sweep under the rug (Ycaza), or hiding under the rug (MikeHawk).
