Exactly. If there was more attention paid to this massive slaughter there COULD be lesser crime in minority communities because the dirtbags who do the killings will be thrown in jail. Another interesting statistic to keep in mind is that only a SMALL group of people, regardless of ethnicity, do criminal acts in any community. Maybe if the law gets to these scumbags sooner, it would prevent the taking of more lives.
