Objects... that is: objects that have altitude greater than ground level and are currently unidentified by those viewing them... plausibly weather balloons or what-not... like any reasonable people would when they sees something that's airborne and they don't know what it is.
Granted, I don't really speak Spanish, so I'm not certain, but I think it's the Fox ("news") Network that is blowing this out of proportion.... what's Spanish for "Cripes Almighty! teh alien are here!"? I'll listen to the broadcast again...
