You need some help. Because information is "available", as you so eloquently pointed out, does not mean you should take advantage of such information.
You violate people's faith in privacy when you fuck around. By being in this semi-anonymous industry, you have agreed to certain unspoken principles....some of which may include knowledge about the names and addresses of others in the biz.
By publishing this info, or taking advantage of it, not only do you jeopardize your own standing, but you jeopardize the safety of other webmasters by exposing them to identification by people who might want to harm them or their business.
