What was the term the other day? "User generated Content"? That is what the mainstream people are calling wholesale content theft. The adult industry needs to snap out of it's slumber and realize that the apparent industry leader AVN is neck deep in the exact business model that is fucking porn over solid.

I agree that its one of the problems with DMCA, but its also a safety for the honest siteowners out there.

BUT - if a host get notified about one of their sites distributing/facilitating the distribution of 100.000+ copyrighted titles. Why on earth should it be necessary to do all that paperwork?

If the hosting company had ANY interest in the industry whatsoever, they would look at the site and see that its clearly illegal, and then terminate the account.
