They are back down....
The stats engine at FEB has been having serious issues for the last couple of months.
No offence against BossHawg (the owner of FEB)...he's strikes me as a great guy...but, until FEB can ensure it's webmasters that they have the stats problems corrected...you would probably be much better off trying your traffic at other programs.
Msql and php can be tricky...but not tricky enough to justify even more then a day or 2 of downtime. A couple of months is simply dragging your feet..and costing everyone serious earnings.
