No joke I've heard of that plenty of times. I am sure now a days its not something you'll see or hear about all the time, but it def happens. I know a few people who have scored a bag of weed from ice cream trucks around here in NY, nothing more then that though. As for him sitting in front of a junior high school that is insane, doesn't he know he would do alot better in front of a high school?
joking of course, people are pretty fucking stupid sometimes, kids are fucked up as it is now a days, they don't need to be introduced to drugs at such an early age, as matter of fact they shouldn't be introduced to them at all!
