NOBODY who knows anything about domain names uses those estimators for anything other than very rough estimates. Those tools are frequently way, way off. Glad you already knew this! Type-in traffic can only be determined by counting the type-in traffic. The ultimate is when you have a trusted third party keeping track for both the buyer and the seller.
