Actually I have. But these changes are just
proposed (i.e. not effective yet).
BTW, so what's about foreign countries? For example, zoo is forbidden in the USA, but there are lots of Dutch sites that sell zoo. Would FBI come after them? And what about those coffeeshop owners that sell marijuana to the US citizens who are visiting the Netherlands? Do they also will be arrested according to the
US laws because
they are targeting American tourists?
