I gave up with them all wanting back links. Affiliates dont like the traffic leak. Just create a page with all the links on and have it as a second entrance. Review site traffic is the best if you have a good review.
They just kind of pissed me off in the end. I think if they are sending you traffic on a referral code and they got a life time membership then fuck it they can shove the back link where the sun doesnt shine.
