If you are still having issues, I would recommend first flushing out, or refreshing your DNS on your computer. If you continue to have grief, contact verotel's live chat. Either on the console, or via e-mail so they can get additional information from you.

If I understand correctly, you're based in Europe?
If these were DNS propagation issues, it's likely they would be resolved faster to those closer.
I flushed my dns cache and that's when sporatic became totally dead. There were clearly DNS related problems for 2 days.
Contacting VT when their domain is down is not really feasible.
Regardless, the problem seems fixed this morning, but some explanation on Verotel's part would be in order, and appreciated.
