Catalyst I had run both 32 bit & 64 bit of XP Pro and I thought they were crap unless you were a gamer, and only used windows for playing video games...
If you jace were any good, you would be running Linux/Unix as a server, but since you like to just open your mouth, just for the sake of talking, just to hear yourself talk... I'm guessing every tech person you spoken to told you to go fuck yourself... now that is just a guess... GFY ...^^
Windows 32 bit on a 64 bit system is a real crime... I'm guessing jace is too cheap as to buy a 64 bit copy of Windows XP Pro...
For a rank noob I would suggest
Ubuntu linux... It should only take you a few months to a year to get the basics down... I suggest such because its free... since you seem to be cheap...
