Yea, it can turn into that quickley if not managed properly. We have ICQ support, but limit it to quick and easy questions that clients want to ask real quick rather than opening a ticket. Like what version of apache is my server running type thing. Not, hey can you set up this cron job and add this mod, then install this script and order me an SSL, etc. No, that is just like you said. There is no organization, history, security, etc in doing that.
