LOL so you have no problem with not paying someone on time for a job they did for you? So you get someone to do a job for you but then you're too busy to pay the person for the job that they did? You're head is so "full" that you cant hit the "send payment" on your epass account?
Half Year? If someone took 6 months to pay me for a job I did then I would be pissed as hell.
