They have a much different angle than that. Handheld Ent. is trying to round up brand names that target the 18-34 male market so they can repurpose those videos for mobile phone distribution.
They really don't care much about the online part. It's all about the cell phones.
As long as the DMCA is still valid the lawsuits mean nothing for them. It won't until the YouTube vs. Viacom suit gets it's day in court.
