You can't possibly have a trademark on the sentence "paris hilton sex video"... You didn't think it up, that's just what people called the tape when it came out. Of course she owns certain rights when it comes to her name, but a generic sentence like that would be like me trademarking "Steve is taking a shower".
Either way, pretty lame... especially how he hyped it up and it definitely looks to be a fake, and he hasn't defended it's legitimacy once in this thread.
