I'm not sure you'd need a company to do that - I once purchased a domain that was blacklisted in Google, and all I had to do was follow the instructions at
http://www.google.com/support/webmas...n&answer=35843 (you'll need a free Google Webmaster Tools account), and in the reason box I just mentioned that I had taken over the domain since, modified the content to fit Google's Webmaster Guidelines and was going to be a good little boy.
MSN, on the other hand, seem to be complete wankers when it comes to indexing domains - I've submitted a new site to them many times and they are the only search engine that either refuse or can't be arsed to include it.
