There couldn't possibly be millions of 6 digit UIN's. There could be a maximum of 999,999 UIN's LESS than six digits. For 6 digits exactly that number drops to 900,000, because the other 99,999 are less than 6 digits.
But I see where you are going with this. I could give a rat's ass about the length of my ICQ #...It brings back the age old question:
Does size matter? It's not the size of your ICQ #, its what you do with it...
